Personal Information Collected

Once an individual candidate or not-for-profit organisation registers for our events, they fall under the terms and conditions for training and events. Both candidates and organisations have the ability and right to notify Boardmatch at any time, by phone (01-6715005) or email (hello@boardmatch.ie), should they wish to have their details deleted from the Boardmatch database. By registering for a Boardmatch Ireland event or training, the attendee consents to receive information from Boardmatch with regards to the management of their booking, and the services Boardmatch offers to assist candidates and organisations with good governance, i.e. our board training and review service. Boardmatch will not contact attendees about anything other than relevant information about their bookings and associated services.

Use of Personal Information and Security

Boardmatch may share aggregate information about our users with third parties but will not share any personally identifiable information about you without your express consent.

Boardmatch uses reasonable precautions to keep the information disclosed to us secure.

We do not intend to sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third-party, without your consent. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties who receive the information.

Please note that Boardmatch will release specific personal information about you if required to do so in order to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order.
